Welcome to Picos Photos. By accessing or using our website and photography services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all clients, site visitors, and anyone who uses our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing images, or interacting with our website or team, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications.

2. Services Offered

Picos Photos specializes in premium sports portraits, school photos, family mini-sessions, creative themed photoshoots, and volume photography services. Services may include on-location and studio-style photography, digital delivery of images, and print sales.

3. Bookings & Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve any photography session.

  • Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and other approved electronic forms of payment.

  • Rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations may result in loss of deposit.

4. Image Delivery & Licensing

  • Digital images will be delivered via a secure online gallery.

  • Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased images for personal use only.

  • Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of images is prohibited without written permission.

  • Picos Photos retains copyright ownership of all photographs.

5. Model Release

Unless otherwise requested in writing, clients grant Picos Photos the right to use images for promotional purposes including but not limited to our website, social media, and marketing materials.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for securing any permissions or permits required at the photography location.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any special requests prior to the session.

7. Limitation of Liability

Picos Photos is not liable for any damages resulting from failure to deliver photos due to technical issues, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, liability is limited to a full refund of any fees paid.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Modifications to Terms

Picos Photos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP", we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
